So in the process of doing my 4-5x daily oogling of The Kitchn (see: links I love page!), I found a fantastic new idea for artichokes. Twice Fried. While these morsels of deliciousness have been becoming increasingly popular, I’ve been eating them all my life. No, not the canned or jarred types…the stuffed artichokes my grandmom presents me with every year. Maybe if we become better friends I can endow you with this delicious recipe.
But, I digress. The exciting news was that The Kitchn has just given me some exciting knowledge! My favorite, while expensive, kitchen gadget store that I drool over, has a blog!
